How to remove air trapped on surface
Hi, I have just set up a 46 litre Edge. Is there an easy way to remove air trapped on the surface?
I first used a brush to scoop the air into the opening. However, I have an air stone to increase aeration and gas exchange and the bubbles just accumulate on the surface and create a mercury like effect. Rather spoils the whole appearance.
Thanks.

You could use a cleaning magnet - I have a small one that fluval makes and although it doesn't take 100% of the bubbles out, it does help - especially if you make sure the water is topped off.
