Newbie with 23l Edge

I've had my 23l edge set up for 5 days now and yesterday I introduced 3 Rummy Nose Tetra's, I have 2 moss balls and 3 live plants but haven't really got a clue as to what they are...
I'm hoping to get a male Siamese fighter in a few weeks/months once the tank has established more, but I was wondering if I could add 3 more Rummy Nose Tetra's because I'd rather them be happy and schooling as I don't think 3 of them is enough to keep each other happy....?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
