Upgrade Fluval Edge with MR11 led (original size)
Hi there:
I did the same procedure of the MR16 (excellent by the way, could not be better), but I used MR11 LEDs (Home depot sells the base and the bulbs), so size is the same, and to reduce the rust risk I put some silicone around the lights.

LED lights sufficient for live plants?
Hi there
Sorry I appear to have repeated this question. I need to know if the standard LEd Edge replacement bulbs(1.8 watt) is sufficient for growing live plants. I have lights on 6-8 hrs a day.
